Ceramic Tile Adhesive Description

Ceramic tile adhesive also called ceramic tile glue, may be used interchangeably with glue, cement, mucilage, or paste,and is any substance applied to one surface, or both surfaces, of two separate items that binds them together and resists their separation.

Basic level requirement
  All surface should be solid, clean, no hollowing, oil or other loose mass.
  After finish concrete surface, it needs conservation at least 28 days before brick paving. While new plasterer surface needs conservation at least 7 days, while old concrete and new plasterer surface should be cleaned, its surface of the processed should be 24 hours to dry and then can brick paving.
  The surface can be coated with interface treatment agent to which substrate is loose and with strong water absorption or surface dust is difficult to clean, can help ceramic to adhere.
  Wetting basic level first when substrate with strong water absorption, high temperature, dry.

Material mixing
  QM102,QM104 can adopt shovel to mix on the ground, adding the required amount of water.
  Other tile adhesive must be proportionally poured into a bucket of water.(25kg/bag powder needs 6L water)
  Must use the mortar mechanical agitator to stir into paste and no agglomeration, get right consistency, mixing for 2-3 minutes then stop, let mortar cure 3 minutes. Before daub again, it needs a short time to stir.
  Already mixing well mortar should be used up within 4 hours.
  Already be stiffness mortar can not be attenuated by water, or mix with powder again.

Notes
  Don’t daub the sticking square over open assembly time at a time ,once the surface of the mortar is formed, no ceramic tiles can be attached to it.
  After ground is pasted, workers can be able to carry on the follow-up work after 3 days.

Shelf life
  6 months, store in a dry ventilated place

Dosage
  As basic level smooth±2mm can use thin paste method with 4-6kg/m2; If level smooth >2mm, more adhesives are required.
